Privacy Policy

Jaran Arroyo (“we,” “us,” or “our”) operates the VoteRunner mobile application (the “App”). This Privacy Policy describes how we collect, use, store, and protect your information when you use the App. By using VoteRunner, you agree to the collection and use of information in accordance with this policy.
VoteRunner is a campaign field management tool designed for authorized campaign staff and volunteers. The App displays campaign data that is provided and managed by your campaign organization. VoteRunner does not independently collect, compile, scrape, or aggregate personal information from any public database, public record, or third-party data source.
1. Campaign Data and Data Sources
VoteRunner is a field management tool that helps campaign organizations coordinate door-to-door canvassing and voter outreach. The App displays voter and household information that is provided exclusively by your campaign organization.
How campaign data enters the App:
- Campaign administrators import their organization’s data into VoteRunner through a secure, server-side administrative process
- The App itself has no capability to access, query, search, or retrieve data from any external database, public record system, government registry, or third-party data provider
- End users (campaign staff and volunteers) can only view data that their campaign administrator has imported and assigned to their campaign
- Access to campaign data is restricted by authenticated sign-in and enforced by row-level security policies that isolate each campaign’s data
VoteRunner does not compile, aggregate, scrape, or collect personal information from any public source, public database, social media platform, government record, or third-party data provider. All voter and household data displayed in the App originates solely from the campaign organization that manages your campaign.
Campaign organizations are responsible for ensuring they have the appropriate legal authority to use the data they import into VoteRunner. By using the App, you acknowledge that you are an authorized representative of your campaign organization and agree to handle all campaign data in accordance with applicable laws and your organization’s data use policies.
